Storm response
Storm and Hail Damage
Insurance claims specialists, with a free estimate and a free damage evaluation after every storm. Rick and Zac answer their own phones, day or night.
The evening a storm comes through is when the phone starts ringing
Excell Roofing is open 24 hours, seven days a week, because hail and wind do not check office hours. Rick and Zac Jones answer their own phones, and after a storm the first job is a free estimate and a free damage evaluation. That means walking the roof, telling you plainly what's damaged, and putting the cost of the fix in writing before anything is decided. References are available on request if you want to check the work before you commit to anything.
What we will and won't tell you
We can tell you what the storm did to your roof and what it costs to put right. What we can't do is speak for your insurance company, and we won't promise a claim will be approved or quote you a deductible, that's between you and your carrier. What we do is document the damage honestly and give you a number, so you're walking into that conversation with a real evaluation in hand instead of a guess.
Robert Earl, review: after "the big hail storm a couple years back," Rick was at the house "the next morning" patching holes to prevent further damage.

Called that evening, on the roof the next morning
Robert Earl called Rick the evening of a major hail storm. By the next morning Rick was already at the house patching the holes to keep more water out while the rest of the roof was assessed. That's the pattern our reviews describe: the call gets answered, and someone shows up fast, before the damage gets worse.
“They have also replaced the roof on the church I attend. There is no one else that I would even consider! Rick and Zac are as honest as the day is long. They do excellent work and stand behind their work.”

Prompt, fair, and honest about what needs replacing
Another hail-damaged roof, another storm season, and the same response. Al Vinsongot a prompt evaluation, a couple of options with real quotes attached, and a crew that started and finished quickly with the site left clean.
“Rick was prompt to respond and evaluate the condition of our roof. When the determination was made the roof covering needed to be replaced, he also provided a couple different options with price quotes. He and his crew were equally prompt starting and finishing the job replacing the roof. Courteous and attentive to cleanup. Fair pricing. Outstanding communication.”

A hailstorm that hits one roof usually hits the whole street. When the small town of Ireland, Texas lost seven roofs to hail and wind at once, Excell Roofing was there quickly for every one of them, and has since replaced ten or more roofs across that same town.
